The hotel has a great location for shopping and easy access to local transport, ideal for top restaurants, bars, and shopping. The rooms are quite tired and noisy, but the hotel is clean and well presented. The dining experience was a bit slow, and the hotel was unable to fix issues with TV and internet access. However, the service is friendly and the location is safe.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, with dirty bed linen and a strong smell of paint, but they were still spacious and comfortable. The service was a highlight, with some staff members going above and beyond, although others were not as friendly. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the town, but some issues with arranging transportation were a downside. The dining options were average and slightly limited in variety. Overall, it was a decent experience with a few bumps along the way.
The hotel is ideally located in the center of the town, making it easily accessible to shopping and top restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with all necessary toiletries. However, the service was lacking as they demanded extra charges for kids swimming goods and collected items from the pharmacy and street vendors. The dining options were disappointing, offering mainly carbohydrates with no vegetable protein. The location is great for exploring Jalandhar but with some issues like the non-functional satellite TV. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
